What happens when you put three of the best riders in the world together, fill them full of Red Bull until their eyes are blood shot, popping out of their heads and then send them into the Hokkaido backcountry to go have some fun? Check it out below!
The above video is from the Tracking Eero series and features Eero Ettala, Nicolas Muller and Kevin Pearce, also known in Japan as Spin Magic – a bad nickname from Toyota Big Air.

Eero Ettala is on his way back to Niseko soon!
He’s got a little comp in Vancouver in February then will (hopefully) be jumping straight on a plane a heading here to hook up with some other Red Bull guys who’ll have been here for a week by then. A week of Niseko pow, then down to Sapporo for the Big Air is what we’re talking about…
Other big names blowing through town in the next coupla days / weeks: Jake Burton Carpenter and the Burton Japan team; Big Mountain Jeremy Jones; Pro Freeriding Skier Reine Barkered and lots more.
Let’s hope the powder tap opens up soon and starts flowign the good stuff…
And Kevin Pearce is in an induced coma after smacking his head !
He’s described as stable, and doctors are expecting a full recovery. Obviously everyone is praying for a swift and total recovery.
It was a shock to hear about Kevin for sure!! One positive to draw from his accident is that he was wearing a helmet at the time, it no doubt saved saved his life!
