Annupuri Avalanche Injured 3 Skiers

It has been reported that 3 skiers have been injured in another avalanche in Annupuri, part of Niseko United.
The incident happened at the last gully before the cornice. All skiers were experienced and survived the 300 metre slide, albeit with injuries.

The warm weather yesterday (around 16-20 deg) has really melted a lot of snow on the lower half of the mountain with some bear patches appearing. The mountain is still allowing you to rid down to the base, but it will be short lived if the warm weather returing towards the end of the week.
