Nakama – Kutchan Ramen Restaurant Review

in Niseko Restaurant Reviews

Nakama restaurant is one of my favourite little places to grab some ramen in Kutchan.

It is the type of place that does not look like much from the outside and therefore you find most people that are not in the know will walk past without even giving it a second look. But you should!

The staff are always super friendly. They do have an English menu and they love it when you order in Japanese so make sure you give it a go, it is all part of the experience!

A bowl of ramen starts at ¥750 and you can up size them from ¥100 if you are feeling like a ramen killing machine! The other major ingredient with ramen is beer, a draft beer is ¥450.

Here is a few pics of our typical order for two.

To start with you need to treat your taste buds to some Kimchi Gyoza, these puppies are delicious and a great way to start proceeding.

The main event! On the menu as Neghi pirikara miso ramen, add a little scoop of garlic or two and you are in business.

How to get to Nakama

The simple way to get to Kutchan is via the Night Go Bus, jump off at stop number 2 (Takiguchi Sports/Information Centre) and it is a short walk under 5 minutes.
