Other Resorts Near Niseko
While in Niseko you should really consider taking a day or two and exploring a few of the other resorts in the area. They all get incredible snow and on their day will leave you contemplating packing up your life and moving to a ski resort.
Moiwa Ski Resort is one of my favourite places to chill out with friends and throw down some turns without the crowds and the lift tickets are super cheap!
Rusutsu has been labelled as Hokkaido’s No. 1 ski resort. Spread over three mountains; Mt. Isola, East Mountain and West Mountain, it is a must visit when the fluffy stuff is falling! I can honestly say some of my best days on mountain have been at Rusutsu.
